My Program:
I am NOT on a DIET, That word is banned from our house. I want this 'Change of Lifestyle' to stay forever.

Personal Information:
I am not going to put my age #cos you have to keep updating it, so suffice to say that I'm over 55! I am married to a wonderful person called Pete who is 10 years younger than me. He has joined SP and is CATMAN124. Together we are going to make it!!!!!
My Mum is still alive and well and lives in North Wales and we visit her as often as possible.
I took early retirement from the Bank in 2006 after 36 years ( murderers get to serve less time than that )
I have decided that I must try to get as much weight off as possible and have lost nearly a stone in the past year which is quite good but need to do much more.

Hi, Brandi. Thank you for coming to my page and for your input. Sometimes these charts.......LOL But I think they are right for the most part, which is why you wonder more seriously when you get misinformation. Have a happy day! emoticon

Good news on the bloke stopping then. Good news that the stitches are out.
Although we read about car drivers not seeing bikes the whole time, there are relatively few mishaps on the roads, in the grand scheme of things.
The problem is that we are vulnerable road users and it only takes one person who has a slip of concentration (or who is a total numpty who shouldn't be allowed near a car) and we are off our bikes and sliding up the tarmac.

Send him our love.
Raffie

Morning Judy

I have just eaten the Overnight Oats that I made last night. Fat free Yoghurt, summer fruits and 35g plain porridge oats. Oh my word that was good.
Have joined local class now. Leader lady is brilliant and does all the shineys, body magic etc. Told her that I was on a VLCD and so I expect to put on a couple of lbs before losing it again. She was astonished that I didn't mind. I said that it's only a number, and that's all it is and that I refuse to have my day determined by some random number. There is more to me than a number on a bit of machinery.
The local group are really lovely and welcoming too. It was taster day so I had a 1.5 syn a pack crisp before weighing. I reckon it was that one crisp that did the damage emoticon emoticon
This eating malarkey is going to take a bit of getting used to again.

Hope you are having a great day.

Hey Jude
Have you seen this page. http://www.slimmingworldsurvival.com/

It was sent to me by one of my Exante buddies who happens to be defecting, with me. She's at the other end of the country but she's off to SW too as she is starving hungry. Bless her. emoticon
