My goal to better health and happy body!

Hi everyone. So this is my second time around losing weight I made my goal about 2 years ago was running 5ks then boom sprained my ankle really bad. I let in heal mean time fell back into old habits. But its a new year and I'm ready to get my body and health back. Already signed up for me first 5k of the year in March so got to start training from square one. I can do this I did it before I'll do it again and if an injury does occur I wont let it set me back as a did before lesson defiantly ...
