Well I relise that I have to control what I eat. The evenings and the weekends are the very hardest for me. My boy friend & I do go out to eat evey weekend but I must control what I do eat when I go out.
And I've got to Exercsie 60 minutes (one hour) five days a week.
A hint that has helped me on portion size. Switch to a 9-inch plate, only allow 1/4 of the plate for your meat and protein, 1/4 for your carbs (rice, pasta or potatoe etc.) and the bottom half is for vegetables preferably two vegetables of different color.
I also had another rule. NO SECONDS!

I'm 50, and I have a boy friend (husband) who has loved me for 29 years & he and I have had five great kids & they don't think i'm over weight.
I'm a big kid at heart.
We just finished our 14th year of home schooling.
I love romance movies.
And encouraging others on to be better then what they think they can be.
