I have a play list with this song repeated over and over. I start it when I need to clean house & won't turn it off till all hot spots are decluttered. I move quickly because it gets real annoying!

I replied on my blog but I'll copy it here:
Well, it's a 28 day program but it took me a bit longer than that. If you miss a day, they save it for you next time. So I started March 27. I think if I look younger, it's mostly due to being able to relax more with the timer cam then when used to take photos in my bathroom mirror. Also, I changed how I did my hair because it was starting to get thin on the side it naturally parts on.

I live alone...so I love one pot meals.
I typically make my fish filets by portioning out the 12 inch skillet with a veggies sections and fish and cover. I sauté in a mixture of a tiny bit of chicken or veggie broth, a drizzle of olive oil or toasted sesame oil, a squeeze of lemon or lime, and chili powder, ginger, garlic. The different veggies really change the flavors.

and I'm growing a window sill herb garden so things are really going to go crazy.
