Dropping back in to share that I have returned to SPARKS, and the principles of EAT TO DEFEAT have stayed with me. I got my list back out and am recording just three foods each day trying to get new ones each day to be sure I m going full circuit but am using many spices and other foods not listed each day. I am thankful for your mentoring me in time gone by so this is a pretty natural part of living for me when my time and research is in another area of my health story now. God bless. 110 days ago
