I have a play list with this song repeated over and over. I start it when I need to clean house & won't turn it off till all hot spots are decluttered. I move quickly because it gets real annoying!

Thank you... I think figuring out "normal" eating is a process and certainly learning about the full plate living helped. I think I'm full plate/clean eating most of the time now and it seems to be working. Also it is time to prepare for my Christmas concert (just for my family) on the harp. Have some wonderful holiday time!

Walking for exercise is a great way to get active and help you lose weight and stay in shape.
