BraveLute's Song

I have a play list with this song repeated over and over. I start it when I need to clean house & won't turn it off till all hot spots are decluttered. I move quickly because it gets real annoying!

Maybe I should play it for 15 minutes of hula hoop pick-up. "Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to get up and move your tush."

I must be sure my IPOD is charged so I can listen to it while I walk. I ...

GOOD QUESTION! I hope to find some of the answers together with the members of the team 'Be a normal eater'... I don't think I truly KNOW what 'normal' is but there are some characteristics of what I'd call 'normal' eaters that I could use in my recovery from binge eating...
But maybe, 'normal' today means overeating on junk food... sadly. However that is NOT what I have in mind!
I am thinking of things like:
* Not be obsessing over food / calories etc. too much
* Having set regular times per day to eat and not eating all the time
* Getting in enough nutrients

For some reason this is the first I've seen the photo with the harp. Very nice! I've played flute with a harpist friend. Some day I hope to try playing harp. For now I have to make do with the harp voice on my keyboard. Hope you're enjoying a creative spring, and if not, I hope something beautiful comes along to cheer you.
