I want to be the very best me I can be!

I'm fifty and gained all the weight I lost back. Not proud of it but it's a fact and it's time to make a change! My lifestyle is hectic to say the least. I want to make a change and stop the yoyo cycle that I've been on all my life.

My Goals:
1. To lose weight.
2. To change the ways I deal with stress.
3. To change the things I provide to myself as rewards.
4. To work out at least 3 times a week.

My Program:
I'm participating in many of the challenges here at Spark People.
I'm a non-practicing member of Weight Watchers, planning to return to meetings in April 2015.
I journal my food daily and record my fitness minutes so I can try to do more each week.

Personal Information:
I am from Smithville Ontario but I've lived many places since then. Today I live in Mississauga Ontario. I am currently unemployed and hope that these goals will improve my esteem and help me find that dream job! I'm married to the most wonderful encouraging man in the world!

Other Information:
My fitness commitment for Spring 2015:

Walk 15 minutes a day. Increasing time by 5 minutes weekly. Toning 1 day a week in week 1 - increasing by one day each week.

My nutrition commitment: Follow my spark meal plans making changes when there are foods I hate.

Hi Brenda, I've added you as a Spark Friend. I also have been on that yo-yo. In the past 7 years I've lost and gained back at least 80lbs. I was even skeptical at trying SP again but life's short and I want to be around a lot longer. emoticon
