Since starting SP I have been off and on for 4 years. I have stuck with this now since October and since doing so I have dropped some of the weight that I want to but I still need to get 20 more off but, I am taking my time in the process because I do not want to gain it back. I am working out 5 days a week even if I don't feel like it try to do some kind of activity that is going to keep me moving for 30 minutes. Those 30 minutes usually are done in the mornings before I go to work. I have learned to get myself out of the bed and just do it. I just want stay on the path of physical activity and good eating.
It is not going to be easy and I have discovered that but with God's help and discipline on my end it is going to all work out for the good.

It is happening as I pray. Without God on my side I would not be where I am today. God loves Spark People.

Other Information:
I have been on this site for over a year. I am feeling like a bounced check right now because I keep coming back. I have to be honest with myself to get this to work. I have to pace myself also so that I do not get overwhelmed with hitting all the blogs, web pages etc. I am going to limit myself to the nutrition page to keep my stats. I will chat when I find the time. I still love all my friends but some days time is of the essence.
