Well its time for a minor update of my page. My name is Brenda, I am 39 years old. I've been a member of spark for just over a year and have learned many things. Its now a brand new year and time to start applying my new knowledge to reach my goals. New beginning begins Jan 3rd 2010. Updates on progress to follow!!

My Goals:
Long term goals: To reach my goal weight of 145 llbs (by January 2011) To organize house and paperwork (by June 2010) Short terms goals. Daily work in Progress 1. Stay faithful to the exercise program I create. 2. Stay within my calorie range following the Spark guidelines. 3. Organize...Organize... Organize 4. Be more active in general. Finish what I start. 5. Start out each day with a fresh start, don't dwell on yesterdays setbacks.
My Program:
1. Track all food and stay within calorie range. 2. Strength train 3X week. 3. Cardio 5X a week. 4. Bootcamp 5. Daily QF (counts towards cardio and Strength train. 6. Keep log in journal.
Personal Information:
Live in Greece, NY. I am happily married. I have 2 daughters, 3 stepdaughters, 1 stepson, and 3 grandchildren. I love to go hiking, dancing and just having fun with the family.
