Finding My Pace
I have to wonder if there will ever be a time in my life when I'm not "back here again", "at my highest weight ever", "starting over again with weight loss"? I hope there will be a time when I commit and stay with the changes I make.
But yet again, here I am. Kicking off 2018 the highest weight I've ever been: 278.
