My Goals:
To improve the quality of my life through exercise and nutrition.
To become a Certified Personal Trainer and Zumba instructor.
To also become a massage therapist.
To be a more Determined, Dedicated and Disciplined person.

My Program:
Starting all over again. Going to change it up and try a few different classes at my gym. They got it all! Spinning, yoga, Zumba, Kettlebell classes, Etc. Can't wait to meet with my trainer.

not- fit (yet)=) I know I've got a ways to go before I get to a decent weight/size.
I'm doing it for myself mostly, but my mom motivates me too. Been working out off and on for the last 10 years? I kinda know whatsup.. not really! XD

I cant wait to try that!!! Coconut oil, my hubby has been telling me about some of the benes. So I started cooking with it. I'm going to make coffee right now!! emoticon

I add coconut oil to my coffee in the morning. but you can add butter and some cocoa. I use 1/2 a packet of Greenleaf stevia as my sugar. Do a google search for it and check out the various recipes. If you do the KETO way of eating most people don't eat 3 meals they only eat when they are hungry. I usually don't eat breakfast because the coconut oil fills me. I love pizza too but there are recipes for that to using caulifour as a crust.
