ZUMBA FREAK FOREVER!!!!

Hi there, my name is Brenn, I am from lovely northern Minnesota. So happy I joined SparkPeople. I'm trying to get my old self back by dancing my heart out at Zumba. It's the only group fitness class I love. Anyone with any tips on how I can become an instructor please add me or message me. Also anyone feel free to add me as a friend. I'm ready to do the work! Whatever it takes. Oh and I love strength training. Happy New year's everyone! Best of luck to you all!!!

My Goals:
To improve the quality of my life through exercise and nutrition.
To become a Certified Personal Trainer and Zumba instructor.
To also become a massage therapist.
To be a more Determined, Dedicated and Disciplined person.

My Program:
New year, New program!
Sauna, then one of the following:
Zumba always
Kettlebells
Plyometrics
I don't even have to go to the gym.
Also work my abs first.
If I'm having an off day, I'll do something fun.
Like belly dancing!

Personal Information:
My new motivation to keep going with this is diabetes prevention. Been working out off and on for the last 10 years? I kinda know whatsup.. not really! xD
I like learning something new everyday, I like being on here, I like to read, I like all things fitness. I don't like to miss my workouts. I don't like mcds anymore.

Other Information:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
