Healthy Me Here I Come!

I am 34, and still trying to be healthy and lose weight.

I can't stay motivated to make the changes I know I need to make. I have had an emotionally hard few years. I need to make time for this & plan for the bumps that could come in the way. My husband and I have decided this is the year for us. We have been putting others ahead of us for the last few years. We have not got anything done at the new house. So this year is for us! Healthier habits and house projects done!

I have struggled with weight my entire life. I know I need to do a lifestyle change not just a diet. I enjoy the fruits, veggies and being outside. Its just finding the time in my busy life to do those things.

My Goals:
Make healthy habits stick!

Lose 1-2 lbs per week.

Get in 30 - 60 minutes of exercise 5 days a week

Eat more veggies & fruit with every meal

My Program:
I am watching my calories and portion control. I found I can still eat my favorites as long as I eat in moderation.


Personal Information:
I live in Clio MI. I work at a desk job and snack a lot, I need to be able to eat healthier snacks.

Other Information:
I love to scrapbook, watch movies. I am a sports fanatic.

I am very active with Girl Scouts. I take a troop of 56 to Mackinac Island to work for a week during the summer.

During the holiday season, we spend so much time trying to take care of everything and everyone that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. This holiday season make sure you include yourself on your list of things to do! Schedule a little “me” time and do something you enjoy!
