My Goals:
I'm training for an 18 mile fundraiser walk in June. It goes from dusk until dawn and is a chance to raise money and awareness around suicide prevention. Message me if you'd like to hear how you can donate for this very important cause (and donations are 100% tax deductible).

My Program:
I walk 6 days a week.

One weekend day I walk a long walk (starting at 5 miles and increasing just over a mile a week until my 18 mile Out of the Darkness Overnight walk).

On weekdays I shoot for 2 to 3 miles every day.

Personal Information:
I live near Seattle.

I have two amazing daughters that are both in college.

I enjoy visiting microbreweries as my boyfriend owns a brewery.
