Starting Over

I am working toward a new healthier lifestyle. I don't want to diet anymore- I want to live healthy!

My focus will be on making healthier choices in the foods I eat and exercising first thing every morning.
I want to follow the good example set for me by my family.

Walk 4+ times/week
Eat 3 or more servings of low carb veggies a day.
Drink 4-8 cups of water/day.
Log what I eat (count calories) and maintain calories under recommended for my goals.
