I do a 20 min video in the morning before I walk the dog. When I get back, I have breakfast. A couple hours later I do another workout. In the evening, I walk the ENTIRE golf course with the hubby.
Hey Bridge, great idea...walking in the park. Just don't keep walking and not go back. The walk is a great stress reliever. Get through the day. It will get better, even when it seems impossible. Walk it off, and try again tomorrow. If nothing breaks for you, just hang on while you look for another job. I don't need to tell you jobs are hard to find, but having one actually helps you find one, believe it or not.
