I have pretty much been sedentary for 2 years now, so I have to start out small. I have really bad social anxiety, so I bought a treadmill to exercise at home with, along with weights and "Walk Away the Pounds" DVDs. Also, I'm making healthier food choices, and learning to cook for myself so I know what is in the food that I'm eating.
I'm a college junior from central PA. I struggle with major depression and bulimia, but I am getting professional help. Oh, and I LOVE Harry Potter and cats!!
