Here comes the v2!

I'm a dog-lover working as a chartered accountant in Calgary, AB.

I lost 30 lbs in 2010, and 10 lbs in 2011. Even though I've had periods of time where I've been 'off the wagon', I'm proud that I have been able to keep at least that much off. 2012 was a bit of a yo-yo year - I was up and down around 10 pounds. In 2013 I lost 40 pounds with Ideal Protein and then my life went off the rails and I gained 20 back. Time to get back on track.

Goals

[ ] Lose my 'cankles'
[ ] Feel comfortable on a plane

[ ] Only take up one seat on a bus
[ ] Buy a bra from Victoria Secret (TMI? sorry!)
[ ] Buy a fun, cheap ring that fits! (started with size 12 fingers!)

[ ] Get an hourglass figure (ie, belly smaller than boobs! TMI? sorry!)

[ ] no longer morbidly obese (BMI under 40)
[ ] no longer obese (BMI under 30)

[ ] Climb the stairs in the Calgary Tower
[ ] Buy a Lululemon workout outfit
[ ] Go zip lining
[ ] Try a spin class
[ ] Be able to do at least one proper push up from my toes

Welcome to Living Binge Free, where we concentrate more on learning to live emoticon with food reasonably than on losing weight. (Our longterm BF-ers have lost and kept it off.) I think it's great that you've been losing in increments and keeping it off. It's much better to concentrate on the changes that we can sustain rather than achieving large losses with tactics that can't survive.
