I recently gave birth to my second child, a baby girl. I also have a 2 year old son. I've always gone up and down in weight and always revert back to old habits. Now that I am done having children, I am ready for a forever change in myself and in my body. My kids need me to be around and able to run around with them. Right now, I cant. I'm plagued with health issues and pain. At the end of my pregnancy I reached my highest weight ever of 310. I lost the initial 30 lbs naturally over the first month post partum and 281 was my starting weight on April 1, 2016. Ready to do this.

My Goals:
Start April 1, 2016. I hope to reach my goal weight by June 1, 2017. My long term goal is to lose 110 pounds within that timeframe. However, if it is not met, it will not bring about failure to adhere to a new healthy lifestyle. I will push through until I reach my ideal body and health.

My Program:
I take it day by day. I make sure that I am eating as many vegetables and fruits as I can. If I eat out I make sure where we go has fresh veggies or a fruit side. I do allow myself a treat once in a while. I consider steak, healthier versions of tacos, and frozen yogurt treats. White potatoes, sour cream, and butter are also treats to me. Shifting my mental relationship with foods has empowered me.

Personal Information:
Things to note about me. I have chronic Sciatica, a slipped disc and Fibromyalgia. These things limit the amount and what types of working out I can do. My results would be far greater if I could work out like most could. But I'm not letting it hold me back! Eating well is helping me drop the pounds and as I drop the pounds I will increase my activity.

Other Information:
My grandma is a huge motivator. I lost her summer 10' and I told her I would lose weight and graduate college. I am working on graduating college within the next 1 1/2 years. Next step, lose the weight.
