On a Mission

I'm on a mission. One of those missions that must be accomplished. One of those missions that fills you with determination that can't be deterred. I'm on a mission to learn how to live healthily and maintain a healthy weight through healthy lifestyle and proper eating. I'm on a mission to learn to be confident in who I am through my Heavenly Father and not through what others say or society say or think.

My Goals:
To learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy weight.

My Program:
Eating healthy food in good portions. Trying to eat as much whole food as possible and as little added sugar as I can. While I don't think sugar is to be completely avoided, I do understand that it a a big trigger food for me and one that needs to be thought out and consumed in strict moderation.

I plan on exercising at least 3 times per week to begin with and then adding more exercise as needed. I don't want to be an exercise junkie. Rather I want to find ways to incorporate exercise into my life that will work for me and be able to become a lifestyle.

Personal Information:
I currently reside in the smog-filled state of Ohio. I am a Christian and seek to glorify God in all I do.

Other Information:
I love being outside. Some of my favorite activities horseback riding, quadding and sledding. I also enjoy reading and...cooking. That may be my downfall. I cook to relax, I cook to create, I cook to eat.
