Not Giving Up on Me

This is not the first time I have tried to do this. It hasn't been the 2nd or 3rd. No matter how long it takes I will continue to work on a better me. It took me many times to try to quit smoking before I did and it has been a few years since I have completely stopped smoking.

Believing in myself is a challenge. Reassuring myself is constant. When I have set backs, they are tough and my self talk is awful. Working on these things for years now, I feel I am again ready to work on incorporating Sparkpeople into my routine.

Not being ready for public gyms, I work with Golds Gym Wii for 30 minutes 3 days a week and have just incorporated 20 minutes of Wii Yoga. I walk over 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day.

My food intake is an issue. Late night snacking, easy due to the shift I work, needs to stop. I am still working on that, it is better but not good enough.

So here I go :)

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

Walk 8,000 - 10,000 steps a day

Waking up each day at the same time

Staying focused on small goals and then adding as I go

Having breakfast and coffee after exercises while reading sparkpeople.

Learning to get around the site.

Working on letting go of my fears.

As my son says....It is time for me. I need to give myself what I give others. Because I am worth it.

I've been sparking for about seven months now and I'm just figuring it all out! Thanks for commenting on my blog. If you want to add a friend or send a goodie just go to the page of the person you want to add/gift and click the links there... The friend link is at the top right and the send goodie link is near the comments with their goodies. Hope this helps!
