I'm 5'6" and my highest weight was at least 250lbs when I got out of high school (summer 2005).

I realize that the sooner in their life that a person adopts healthy habits, the better, and that's what I'm trying to do. It's easy to get discouraged, but in the end, I and only I have complete control over what goes into my body (food) and what I do with my body (exercise).

My Goals:
To stop dieting, binging, and overeating through intuitive eating. Yes, this includes counting calories!

My Program:
I'm working on incorporating fruits and veggies + lean protein with every meal. Sweets have been my worst enemy! Variety in my diet and no food is off limits! (But I'm not into Splenda or too much artificial junk!)

2015 weekly fitness goals:
- 1x session of strength training with weights
- 1x session of strength training with fitness band
- 1x session of pilates or yoga for toning
- 150 minutes of cardio

True enjoyment comes from activity of the mind and exercise of the body; the two are ever united.

I tried this workout: Tracey Mallet Fusion Melt and it was awesome. I went to look for it again on Spark People and I found your comment from years ago. I love this video too. It's the same one at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bcn8njlImg
