My Goals:
1. Make exercise a priority instead of a last minute thought. Goal met!

2. Use food for nourishment, not a boredom buster or pacifier. (Is this even POSSIBLE?!)

3. Plan my meals and stick as close to the plan as possible. (Epic FAIL)

My Program:
30-45 minutes of cardio five days a week.
Meet with a personal trainer three times a week for strength training/toning.

Read or write instead of eating when I'm not really hungry.



Personal Information:
Kindergarten teacher and single mom from the Bronx, NY.



Other Information:
I love reading and watching movies. I'm dabbling in photography, too.

... thank you for stopping by. Me and my son are well. I hope that you and your son, mom and family are doing ok too.

I am still on my weight loss journey. I had loss my weight in 2014 and when my dog, Jazzi, died in Dec. 2014 I gained it all back + more.... I developed a few health problems because of the weight gain so my doctor has told me to do what I need to do to lose the weight again. So far I have loss 6lbs... I am basically following a low carb lifestyle and my doctor is totally on board because that's how I lost it last year.

Anyway, other than that, I'm fine . How you doing with your program? Are you still going to WW's ?.... do you still have a personal trainer?

... when you get a chance, update me with what's been going on with you. I am mostly on Facebook now. If you have a FB page look me up "DEE DEE"... Jazzi is my profile pic. I am doing challenges with a few of my Sparkfriends. There are quite a few of us from SP on FB now.
