Life, Love, and Losing It

I've never been the type to give up, but my weight-loss journey over the last several years has given me a run for my money. After gaining back the weight I'd lost (and then some!) and a failed attempt at weight watchers, I am back....

I actually stayed at my moms sun night and got home today at about...ehh... 4pm? She wants to make sure I'm eating well, so every week she wants me to stay sun - wed so I can also see the fam, which live far.

my fiance and his sister actually ended up painting the rest of the room!....but forgot to use the PAINTING TAPE! So I have to eventually go over and fix the trim areas *sighs* but he also re-arranged the room and did some laundry while I was away. He's so sweet ^-^

However I tend to lose 0.5 inches every or every other day and haven't lost a thing since Tuesday. A friend said it's highly recommended you only do 4-5 days of exercise and rest on the other days.... I'm wondering... does that mean a full out rest? Or when I feel the need to exercise - go for a walk? Because I can't just sit still all day, I feel the need to exercise or do something now. In the last 9 days I did 40-80 mins of exercise with yesterday only being 16 minutes...

Think I should break-break for a day or are walks ok when the need to exercise hits?....Cuz walks are definitely encouraged, but idk if that'd be pushing it if my body just really needs a break. The last time I DIDNT exercise at all was the 24th lmfao so it's been time!

It's raining and I have like... no motivation to exercise at all today ~__~ Must... feel the need to!.....but the bed just looks nicer....

Woot woot!
Monday night is my last day for exercise as Tuesday I measure to see what I've lost this entire week.
i.e: I exercised on the 25th, measured on the 26th and then exercised as that was start of week 4 for me.

I exercise monday, measure the 2nd as soon as I wake up.
Since I measured This Tuesday morning, I've lost 2.5 inches! 2.5 more to go until I hit my 20% inch goal!! ^-^ GETTIN' THERE! Hope you have a great day and don't forget to fit something in, even small things! Torso twist for 3 minutes, or do calf raises, or punch the air above you for 3-5 minutes if you don't have time for any other exercise, just do something, you got this, too!!!

When stressed, work it out - literally, go for a walk/jog, do yoga, or grab a punching bag. Releasing tension with physical activity is the best medicine and means of dealing with your stress.

Don't own overalls - he thinks they're dorky on anything but babies/young children.
I told him sunday - monday we will be painting to finish up the room though! We have a DARK green for one wall and ceiling, and a creamier lighter green (still dark though) for the other 3 walls.
Eventually, when we have money again, I want to pain the baseboards, window and door frames a beige or creamy color to lighten it up a little more.

If we had the money, ho-ooooo boy I'd redo this room... 3 chester drawers, tall with 5 drawers for him, me and for baby save up some space and each their own place; our mattresses are on the floor so I'd get a new bed entirely - something much softer.... and maybe install some shelves onto the walls...... but that's so much money and work towards a room we most likely won't stay in for more than 2 years (hopefully?).
