Life, Love, and Losing It

I've never been the type to give up, but my weight-loss journey over the last several years has given me a run for my money. After gaining back the weight I'd lost (and then some!) and a failed attempt at weight watchers, I am back....

How dare you be MIA, but glad you're back! Finding time is hard, but thankfully not much food in the house to last us til the 13th (cept baby), tomorrow should be decent enough for a walk, and I'm hoping to have all 3 of us go for a stroll.

not really exercising... I bought the Ab Circle and I use it about 4 minutes a day right now, it's a bit much trying to fit exercise with baby and school stuff, and find time for me to be me. I can't exercise if baby is asleep, I can only use the ab circle when he's being content watching his shows (not often or for long) so...

Cleaning houses at least once a week, hopefully more soon... Doctor appts for bf and I keep getting in the way

Hi Brooke! I see you added me as a friend! Excellent! I added you as well. Okay, so today is day 2 for me and so far I'm on track..yay! I even managed to get in a 2.5 mile walk and some resistance band training. How is it going for you
