Hi there!

Thanks for joining the Beach Burners. Let me know if you need any help with anything.

We are using a flate rate of 3 x (minutes) to come up with calories you burn (the rate changes every week). Our focus is strength training three times a week but you can count cardio every day also if you want. It should be something that makes you sweat.
