A big hill to climb...
Motivated by avoiding any and all high BP or cholesterol meds. Just want to feel better and move more easily, as well as increasing my energy levels.
New motivation ~ Above was my original motivation for joining SP. So much has changed since then. Now I'm motivated by enjoying good health, feeling fantastic, being strong and having a completely transformed outlook on life. Reached my goal weight in 292 days and it's true...this feeling is far better than anything decadent that ...

My Goals:
Just want to feel better & get healthier. Want to be able to have easy range of motion, become stronger and get the weight off of my bones & joints. Don't want to develop Type 2 diabetes & especially do NOT want to take high BP meds. Trying to get this under control once and for all.
My Program:
Exercise: 60+ min. of continuous walking/day. Resistance training 3x/week. Eating healthy foods & getting plenty of water. No more diet sodas, will try to nearly eliminate sugars from my intake, adding more fruit & veges. Trying to eat very little red meat.

Location: Indiana, USA.
