Personal Information:
I stumbled across Spark America January 2012...I signed up! Jan - Oct 2012 I was up and down with a variety of matters in my life. In November of 2012 I wiped my plate clean and started from scratch with a game plan! The entire month of November I focused just on portion control, I tracked my food and didn't place a lot of focus on calorie intake. In December I focused on calorie, carb, fat & protein intake....it was a breeze because I had portions down pat! In January the goal was to add daily exercise to the routine. So far so good!
