Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Take some "you" time every day - exercise, a few minutes to meditate - get into the habit - cause life just gets busier!! (and more fulfilling!) Good luck!

So it's 10:51am and I have already had just over half of my daily calories. :(

A big problem I have is even if Im not hungry, if I smell food I want to eat it.
