I am back. I LOVE my SparkPeople. I've really missed this place! I have been trying different places and things these past 7 months or so and I have had wonderful results with my blood pressure, blood glucose, and other health related things by taking grains and sugar out of my diet. I went off my antidepressant 3 months ago and I feel wonderful. BUT, I am not losing any weight! I definitely have more energy and no longer have that afternoon tiredness I've had for years. I ...

I also do not have ANY joint pain anymore! Also, my skin has cleared up! Whaaaat? Yup, almost 50 years old and I have clear skin!
NOW, to start counting my calories and get involved in my sparkteams again.........

Still at the same place I was....no loss, no gain.
So far, it's hot hot hot and thats kind of uncommon for Wisconsin.
Joined the summer 5% challenge.....I love my team, The Starfish... Also I got the book "Run Your Butt Off" because I am trying to become a runner. :-)
