So tough to just weigh in once a week. I'm so use to weighing every day. Have lost 3 pounds since starting Sparkpeople. So something is working.
Logging and Tracking food is a huge plus. This allows us to see WHAT we are eating, how much and compare on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
I love that Sparkpeople has this feature. And they even tell me if I'm eating too much of one item and not enough of another. Wow, this is the Best. Stop me now. I can go on all day............. 997 days ago
