I recently turned 40 in November. This is a new chapter in my life and I realized I could let myself go or to do something positive. Missing running and the 5K races i used to do, I decided to be pro-active and begin running again. It has not been an easy thing to do. Three years of being inactive had taken its toll. At the beginning I could barely run 1 minute at a time. I've progressed steadily each week.
