My Goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water each day and limit the soda and the juice

2. making an effort to make healthier meals, cut down on the fast food, and night snacking

3. Rain or snow, I will find a way to exercise or I will use the Wii Fit

4. Continually boosting my spirits by coming on spark and reaching out to friends for support.

My Program:
I am simply taking this one day at a time. I'm going to try at least one new recipe a week from on here. I will also be doing strength training every other day with a stability ball & dumbbells. I'm setting up mini rewards for myself for each 10 pound loss.
