Hi there,
I'm Lori I'm a single mom going to college. Due to stress of life, and kids, and school I've gotten some pretty unhealthy habits, and I jsut want to get heathly to make sure I'm here to see my son grow up. Losing weight is a good thing, but I have no plans of donning a bikini, and lounging on the beach trying to catch some hot life gaurd (not that I would turn on down mind you), I just want to be healthy and beat my family history and improve my quality of life, not quantity. ...

I have a very active son and I hate how often I tell him i can't do something because I'm tired, or my back hurts, or I just would rather sit on the couch and watch tv. I'm doing this for him, just like college. I don't intend to blame him if I screw up, but he is a great motivator to keep me going. I wish there was a way I could read all day and lose weight though. If someone figures that out let me know.... other then that, I'm just me.

What do I put here? I gotta changes things. So many things I want to change, but if I try to change them all at once I think I'm setting myself up for failure, so I'm trying to start small. Small changes turn into to big ones right?
