Hey there! Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Kim.Thanks for visiting my page!
I am currently gearing up for the Summer 5% challenge that starts on 6/25.These challenges are great if you need support and motivation to keep on track!Like a friend said in her recent blog,you get what you put into it.
Last Summer,I put my best effort into it and lost my 5% plus a little more.Life happened over the Fall,Winter,and Spring and I gained it all back.I'm going to put my best effort out there again this Summer and hope to lose my 5% and keep it off this time!

My Goals:
My Summer 5% challenge commitment.

I will stay in my calorie range

I will eat more vegetables and less junk food

I will drink a minimum of 64oz. water daily

I will walk,walk,walk

I will support my team to the best of my ability

I will lose 5% of my body weight by the conclusion of the challenge

I will be a team player

My Program:
Everything in moderation while staying in my calorie range.
Stay hydrated with lot's of water.
Get at least an hour of exercise daily if the weather permits.

Understanding this is a life long commitment and enjoying it!

My name is Kim.I am a Christian who loves to serve! I am 43 years old,married 25 years with no children.I'am about as country as you can get.I love animals(especially dogs) and being outdoors.I also love raising a large garden and canning my own food.I try to be as self sufficient as possible.
