Thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Kim! I'm just taking it day by day and trying not to sweat the small stuff.I am an emotional eater...Happy,sad,mad....it doesn't matter..I eat. I over being outdoors and working in my yard and garden.I have 3 dogs and some chickens.Happily married to my husband of almost 27 years. My Goals:
My Winter 5% challenge commitment.

I will stay in my calorie range and make healthier choices this time around.

I will eat more vegetables and less junk food

I will drink a minimum of 64oz. water daily

I will walk,walk,walk

I will support my team to the best of my ability

I will lose 5% of my body weight by the conclusion of the challenge

I will be a team player





My Program:
Everything in moderation while staying in my calorie range.
Stay hydrated with lot's of water.
Get at least an hour of exercise daily if the weather permits.
WW worked for me in the past,so my plan is to try it again on my own at home.

Understanding this is a life long commitment and enjoying it!

    If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!

    Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 10 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the interteam challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges) consist of exercise and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own. If you are interested, go to my spark page and click on the blue Biggest Loser team icon. SUMMER CHALLENGE STARTS JUNE 7th!
