Living A Cruelty Free Lifestyle!

In all my teen years I've never had a good relationship with food. I was either obsessed with counting every little calorie/macro nutrient, or I would pig out and binge on my favorite sweets.
I was never on the "heavy" side but I was VERY unhealthy inside and out. My body was very acidic which means, I had heart burn with horrible acne all over my face. I also had the worse cramps and mood swings when that time of the month came.

I felt like I had no control over my symptoms. I knew there was some way I could help myself without taking unnatural medications and products...
Once I switched to vegan lifestyle, all my symptoms went away - even my period cramps and mood swings! I have a healthy relationship with food and I don't count calories. I no longer feel deprived or hungry because I'm always eating high nutrient foods.
I'm happier and healthier than ever. I can finally focus on other aspects of life and learn new things along the way.

Personal Information:
I'm 22 years old living with my handsome boyfriend. We adopted two dogs from a shelter and couldn't be any happier.

Maybe cut back to two pieces of fruit for a week and see if that helps. Then slowly add a little bit at a time?
