I work full time in healthcare. I take care of my disabled husband. I have 2 cats and 1 rabbit that I adopted from the SPCA. I am working on healthy habits and staying optimistic and energetic. I want to find a healthy balance in all things. I want to cultivate an attitude of gratitude. I want off the yo yo weight loss/weight gain cycle! I love the 12 steps. I want to live a life of mindfulness, aware of my lifestyle choices.

I want to have healthier eating habits. I want to seek out creative, healthy ways to deal with stress. I want to exercise more and enjoy it. I want to be more flexible, optimistic and energetic. I want to take time to refresh, renew, and revitalize! Identify stinkin' thinkin' and nip it in the bud with rational thinking.


My Program:
Cardio: bicycle, treadmill, elipitical, swimming laps, dancing, hula hooping, jump roping, air-dyne, aerobic exercise, Zumba

Strength training: free weights, floor exercises, machines at gym, exercise dvd's, fitness disk, digging, cultivating, lifting, carrying

Flexibility: stretching exercises, yoga.

De-stressors: gratitude, mindfulness, yoga, pets, gardening, sailing, meditation, prayer, positive affirmations, art, reading, writing, fantasy, laughter, creativity, socializing, mirth, merriment, sweet delights, fuzzy wuzzies, cuddly wuddlies, music, contentment, amusements,planning, organizing, resting, rejuvinating, letting go, letting God
