Welcome from Indiana! I'm plodding along at about 3/4 of a pound per week lost. The best strategies for me have been drinking 8 glasses of water each day and entering everything I eat into the Food Tracker. I was amazed to see which foods and meals were so overloaded with calories and also how many times I could eat if I just controlled the portion size and ate some additional green beans and apples.
