Winter 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Exercise:
* Reaching daily step goal (with one free day)
* Three 30 minute runs per week
* Yoga two times per week
* Beachbody program's workout schedule (essentially six 30 minute strength workouts per week)

Diet:
* Stay within calorie range.
* Maintain daily fruit and veggies.
* Increase variety in type of veggies - 3 each week ...

Love Halloween and Vincent Price

Still love the scary shows and movies from my childhood (Are You Afraid of the Dark, Eerie Indiana, Hocus Pocus, Beetlejuice, etc.)

I watched Labyrinth entirely too much as a child.

Miss being able to afford comics. Batman: TAS on dvd will have to do for now.

I see you signed up to be a Dawggie again for the Winter Challenge. I've been told that if you've been in a team in good standing , you are generally assigned there again if you request it, so welcome!

TY Maria,, for ur time. :) Are you having a GREAT TIME during the Brakers a dooo ie we are having? I am continuing on as are you,,, and right about my normal amount of exercise. YEAH ! I THOUGHT I'd SLOW DOWN, but I WANT a certain # by the END of Dec,, and the next sign up,, while it'll be in Dec,, the team challenge will not start til either the first week or 2nd week of Jan,,, per say, as it looks now. Depending on how many come aboard,, how fast. Its when we get ALL those who are making their NEW YRS Resolution to LOSE 10 LBS in 3 days ! LOLOL That ALWAYS cracks me UP !! We do though LOVE helping them to see,, it did NOT come on in ONE day,, or one WEEK (HAHAHAHA !) so it it'll take it TIME to come off also ! WOOHOOOO !

GREAT TIMEs are to be HAD !

OH yeah hon,,, as long you ATTEMPT the LTGL during the break,, you do NOT need to be successful at it,, it's to help us about "thinking "of it,, thru the day,, that counts,,,,, and if so,, you get that 10 points ! YEAH !!! I am AIMING for things that really get to me,,, such as emotional eating, or eating when I am NOT hungry,, "just cos".
