I reversed my Type 2 diabetes.

I was able to reverse Type 2 diabetes by eating a plant-based diet. My most important strategies are to cook my own food and take food with me when I go out or to work. By cooking my own food, I am able to ensure that my food is tasty, attractive, healthy and always available. Congratulations on reversing type II diabetes. I also have been very motivated by The China Study, Eat to Live, Esselstyn's Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, and the McDougall plan. Thanks for sharing your list of resources.

My husband and I did the ETL program for about 3 months with much success. We do try to eat mostly veggies but have not been following the program very well. We really got tired of the same foods all the time. I was so thankful to find you on SP. Will definitely be trying some of your recipes. Thanks!!

Congrats on reversing your diabetes! I will be back often. I love your recipes and have been considering becoming a pescatarian or vegetarian. Just need to ease into it a bit. Plus I have a freezer full of meat and I am on a limited income so need to eat that first. :)
