First.... I want to apologize for not answer question about going gluten free, IF you haven't already checked it out yourself by now.... Some how I completely missed your comment.
OK, going gluten free is difficult at best but the benefits are so worth the effort. Just remember that the things that contain flour and all wheat's will be completely off the menu. You will need to substitute other types of flours and fillers like rice flour. Most can be found in a specific section of the grocery store or from what I have witnessed, in each individual section they are less expensive.... like the pasta section has their gluten free options close by. Be careful and ALWAYS read labels. Even spices can have glutens in them. My daughter had to go completely gluten free so she will not touch anything prepared unless it is (guaranteed) gluten free.

Thank you for the umbrella. The third round of rain and wind has sent more hills sliding down onto roads. Interstate 5 the main highway between Seattle and Portland was closed. Everyone came to our little highway and we had more mudslides. It has been wild.
