Thanks for stopping by my blog. Your comments are always so thoughtful and are very much appreciated.

I'm glad that your request was approved finally. It sounds like you are doing all of the right things to help you get stronger and to prepare you to go back to full-time. Because Teri was off work for so long, it has been hard for her even still just working part-time. I had hoped that she'd be ready for full-time by now, but it's just a slower process than I expected. Be patient with yourself and be sure to listen to your body.

I just renewed my annual pass for Disney so I once again decided that I was going to make the best use of it possible and to use it for walking to improve my health. I tried this last year and dropped off at the holidays and didn't pick it back up. I'm going to work harder this year to keep going and to walk hopefully 3 times a week there at least. I'll get more for my money and better health. At least, that's the plan!

I totally understand the hurdles of those "invisible" disabilities. When my best friend struggled so many years with the migraines, it was very hard for her. A lot of people said things like it's just stress or it's all in your head. When she passed out and broke her wrist (twice), they could see a broken bone and then it was legitimate. It was so frustrating. Hang in there and keep doing what's best for you.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me the link. I will be checking into it. He is like me...we don't do well consuming synthetic or processed things. I have the kefir that I am filling him up on as well. The pain is the biggest hurdle right now. Hugs.
