Moment of Truth

Well I'm giving up smoking and trying to loose weight at the same time. Am I crazy yes I am!!! Anyone else in the same boat???? I have still been taking trips outside with friends at work, but have been going to my car for a bottle of water instead of a smoke. I think it's important to replace a bad habit with a good one to keep everything in balance. It's OK to dream big. Just be smart about it.
