Thanks for the nice words on my triathlon blog today. Normally I would be prone to calling the race director, but I had a couple of problems with him before. He didn't answer an email question I had about the host hotel, and was deceptive about the course nutrition. The web registration said one thing and he said another at the prerace meeting. Finally he admitted the web page had a misprint. Not worth my time trying to correct him again. Too bad, the race is nearby and would have been fun to do again, especially to correct my mistake, but I don't think I will be going back.
CANNOT WAIT to visit Vancouver. But I am originally from the Detroit area so regularly visited Windsor and Toronto. LOVE my neighbor to the north! I'd move there if it wasn't .... to the NORTH! ((hugs))
