New Year, New Me!!!

2014 will be my year of Awesomeness!!

My fitness goals for this year are

-To lose some of this dreaded extra weight I've been carrying around & gain some muscle

- Run a Full Marathon on June 1 (already signed up with Team Diabetes)

- Run a 10km Race under 60 minutes (have a race in mind)

- Get a PB Half Marathon in August. It'll be my 4th time running this race & a PB will be under 2:24:41

- Do at least 1 Triathlon. ...

It's funny, but my friend told me she ran a 15 minute mile so I thought it'd be so easy. But, we went out there & did 1/3rd miles 3 times and were running a 10 something pace. I couldn't talk more than a few words at a time! But, I could do it!

It does help to have someone push you!
