To loose 54 lbs. Achieving 5 lbs goals to reach the grand total.
I joined WW in August 2008 and have lost 51.2 lbs. I exercise 5 days a week and eat tons of fruits and vegetables!
I had lost 75 lbs being on WW. I divorced and gained about 50 back. I am trying to get back on track and loose what I gained. I tried WW again and it didn't work. More like I didn't work the program like I should have. I know what I need to do but i want instant gratification and results. I am a work in progress.
I like real life books, scary movies and water and iced plain iced coffee.
