I have entered my 30's. I need to STOP making excuses, and STOP thinking of what I should have accomplished by now, and STOP feeling like a failure and move on. I know I am loved by many people, for who I am.
I just reached 200 lbs. BMI 33.3 that's obese! That's my limit! NO MORE! STOP! A lot less is more like it. I need to just GO. What do I fear? Success, pain, I need to get over that, NOW.
So, this is the most badass Sparkpage I have ever made for myself. This now reflects my attitude and view on my life right now. Not to coddle myself any longer be a little tougher, and to PUSH myself harder, more than I have ever done before. To make my goals, to be 140 by August 30! I can do this- I know I can!

Drink a lot of water. Stay organized. Track my food. Workout 4 days a week 150 min of cardio, 90 min of strength training.
