Target 1304 calories/daily (1200-1400 range) 1 lbs. per week = 3500 calorie deficit (or 500 cal def/day) 12 pounds in 12 weeks. 2 lbs. per week = 7000 calorie deficit (or 1000 cal def/day) 24 pounds in 12 weeks. 3 lbs. per week = 10,500 calorie deficit (or 1500 cal def/day) 36 pounds in 12 weeks. Hello - I'm Renee. I live in Ventura, CA. I love photography & I am a motivational speaker / writer on organizing, time management & life balance.

My big goals for now are to lose at least 3 lbs. a month until I am healthy & glowing! I just found out I have Celiac Disease, so I am going Gluten Free & trying to learn how to plan my meals with this in mind.

My greatest accomplishment was working for ACS & Contributing to Coordinating the Relay For Life Events - I have now participated in over 30 24-Hour Relays, as well as advocate for patients' rights :)
