I am a succor for coming back to this every new year, but the years are piling up and health ain't free, nor are good looks. So Here I Am - and very intent this time. I have lost about 8 pounds before starting this but started falling off the wagon over the holidays. Count me in - Count me down!

My Program:
20 years ago I read a book and copied the diet. It is a portion control diet, starting with basic plan for two weeks then adding specials and 'cheats' within appropriate portion range.

Exercise - Walk the dog.
