I need to love myself enough to lose it

I was just fine. Then I was really thin. Then I was kind of fat. And then I just stopped looking at myself.

It's not like I didn't know "how" to lose weight....I just couldn't bring myself to actually do it . Physically, I was able. Emotionally, I was paralyzed.

One day, I just stopped caring what other people thought (a benefit of getting older...) and suddenly, losing weight became about me and not about what others thought of me.

My Goals:
I recently gained back 15 pounds..sooo....

I need to stop eating Swedish Fish by the bagful.

Me thinks these two issues could be related...

My Program:
I eat fruits or veggies with every meal as well as some kind of protein (pb, nuts, cheese, beans).

I eat breakfast everyday.

I weigh myself everyday (it works for me, but not everyone).

I don't buy things that I know will make me feel bad or feel guilty...why invite trouble? So, most boxed or super processed foods make it into the pantry only after some real consideration. No soda, no microwave, and no weird fat-free/ sugar-free foods.

Personal Information:
I'm 35 years old. I teach 2nd grade and love it.
