When my BMI numbers calculated into the "Morbidly Obese" classification, I had a huge wake-up call. Additionally, I'm pre-diabetic & familial health history includes heart conditions. So here I am, a 48-year old mother & wife, working my way to be fit by age 50. I welcome any prayers & support from the SP community - for it's a daily battle.
