Putting our needs first in a healthy way is so so difficult, especially if we are not used to doing so. I struggle with guilt a lot about being selfish, etc. Like you, when I feel over whelmed I eat.

The good news is we are here to love and support each other and its always reassuring to me that I have people with me who have been where I am.

Hang in there. It gets better
