I'm trying something my friend suggested. I always get so excited and do well for like a week, and then life catches up and I am just worn out. I hope this can help me. I want to be back to what I was in high school when I was a cheerleader. I wasn't small then, but a lot smaller than I am now.

I know what you mean about life catching up and wearing you out. I have the same problem. Here's hoping that we can use the support on this site to keep us motivated for longer than a week! We can do this!! emoticon
