3/5ths of the way there! :)

I live in New Zealand, I'm 1.77m tall, & 31 years old. I meditate. I believe in eating real food. I'm learning about motivation. I want to lift weights.

My Goals:
To be healthy, active and happy.

(Oh, and maybe to be hotter than I am now? That'd be nice too.)

My Program:
Eat clean, be active, and have fun doing it.

Eating paleoish.

Doing a Whole30 in April 2013.

Personal Information:
I work in a plant nursery, which is great because it offers a lot of opportunity to be active during the day. It's also nice to be working with plants. :)

I live 1km from the beach in Otaki - my hometown! It hasn't changed much from when I was younger, apart from the huge explosion of outlet stores on the highway.

I love badminton, volleyball, squash, tennis, running (though I'm terrible at it), swimming, hiking. One day I would love to have the opportunity to play bossaball.

Thanks for the digital sushi. I tried to eat it but it tasted like my monitor so I stopped.

emoticon The Smile Virus
Russell H. Conwell

Smiling is infectious,
you catch it like the flu,
When someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too.

I passed around the corner
and someone saw my grin
When he smiled I realized
I'd passed it on to him .

I thought about that smile
then I realized its worth,
A single smile, just like mine
could travel round the earth.

So, if you feel a smile begin,
don't leave it undetected
Let's start an epidemic quick,
and get the world infected!

Think Highly Enough

Think highly enough of yourself to make wise and effective use of this day. Remember that every moment you fill is your own, precious, irreplaceable time.

Think highly enough of yourself to diligently follow the goals you have set. Now is your opportunity to make real progress.

Respect and honor the values you hold by expressing those values with the way you live. Be true in each action to your highest vision.

The way you live right now is the way you truly are. The fulfillment you experience is the fulfillment you create today.

Your thoughts, your words, your actions and feelings are always creating the substance of your life. Now is when you can create for yourself the best you can imagine.

Think highly enough of yourself and your possibilities to live with positive purpose and passion. This is your life and this is your time to make it great.

You deserve the best

If you can come up with an excuse for not taking action, you can also find a compelling reason to go ahead and take that action. If you can find a reason to quit, you can also find a good reason to keep going.

Are you skilled and experienced at making yourself miserable? Turn those skills around and make yourself motivated, inspired, effective and fulfilled.

Do you spend lots of time getting little or nothing accomplished? Just by making more productive use of that time you have the opportunity to achieve great things.

Are there mistakes that you've made in the past? By learning from those mistakes, and making more positive choices, you can vastly improve the results you get.

Every day, you utilize powerful skills and tap into abundant resources to bring to your life those things you think you most deserve. So what exactly do you think you deserve?

Choose to see that you deserve the best. For you already have what's necessary to make it happen.
